Keywords:
interação digital, televisão, sensacionalismoAbstract
This study aims to foster a critical reflection on the interactions between television sensationalism and digital platforms, seeking to understand how internet users' reactions to television programs can influence changes in editorial approaches. Based on the example of the "Vitória Case," which occurred in March 2025, a preliminary analysis is proposed regarding the power of the audience's voice in reshaping media strategies. From this analysis, it is observed that direct public interference in editorial decision-making is feasible, and the promotion of media literacy practices may serve as an effective tool to tackle sensationalism on television.
