Contributions of socio-technical mediatisation to understand educational practices in a hybrid world

This work recovers the theoretical outlines of the semio-anthropological perspective of mediatisation and postulates the relevance of incorporating a socio-technical and symmetrical approach that incorporates the capacity for agency and qualities of infocommunication technologies. It is argued that this approach contributes to the analysis of the interaction between human and technological entities in the processes of production, circulation and appropriation of information and knowledge. In this way, it is postulated that, in the current hybrid world, it is possible to deploy mediated educational practices that enhance the physical-virtual presentiality itself.
