Abstract

The objective of this article is to organize a methodological outline that allows theoretical transfers between Law and Communication and thus contributes to the understanding of law from a communicational perspective with sufficient epistemological precision so that, perceiving law as language, it sheds light on aspects of law that legal perspectives they don't observe. The text mobilizes the thoughts of José Luiz Braga and Gregório Robles whose propositions lead to comparable inferences from the outset. The methodology consists of describing and commenting on aspects that we consider relevant of the theories used, with excerpts serving the objective of the article, comparing them and formulating initial inferences in order to subject them to the agonistics of the study area of Communication and Law.
