This study aims to investigate how the dynamics of attention can influence the daily processes of social participation in local community initiatives operating on the Internet, taking as reference the trajectory of the vehicle Voz das Comunidades (VOZ). Historical and sociocultural processes denote that the history of the media is directly related to the flows of directing and capturing human attention. For this investigation, the proposed methodological path encompasses exploratory analysis and bibliographic research, combined with ethnography and data collection on VOZ's socio-digital network platforms, with the aim of contributing to the elucidation of structuring processes that encourage mobilization social.
