The circulation of mockery in a hypermediatized society: the case of former Argentine minister Patricia Bullrich

Currently, contemporary society finds new media enunciators from which individuals produce discursivities. Even the discourses circulate through their individual and collective media, they can generate tense and complex relationships with social institutions that are in crisis. This paper will investigate the production of discourses that suggest ridiculing collectively to Patricia Bullrich, Minister of Security of the Argentine government during the period 2015 - 2019 to analyze the practices of Internet social networking media in the context of two systems of media, and evidence that individuals and collective are able to affect institutions, as in this case the Ministry of Security and its highest authority, Patricia Bullrich, and therefore, to the government of President Mauricio Macri.
