Full paper submission: 06/20/2025 until 07/20/2025 if the abstract is approved, the authors may also submit the full paper here even before the event.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION, PARTICIPATION, PUBLICATION AND CERTIFICATION

 For publication in the annals of expanded abstracts it is necessary:

  1. Submission according to the rules, theme and format of the Mediatization Seminar
  2. Registration for the event within the established term and payment of the registration fee

subscription;

For the annals of papers, it is necessary:

  1. Meet editorial call rules that will be informed to all subscribers with

enlarged abstracts approved;

  1. Registration for the event within the established term and payment of the registration fee

subscription;

To participate in the event, you must:

  1. Registrate for the event within the established period and payment of the registration fee

subscription;

To be certified, you must:

  1. Have participated in 75% of the scheduled activities, with a documented presence

in attendance lists. It is mandatory to participate in at least 3 meetings of the working groups;

GENERAL RULES:

  1. All authors who have had their abstracts approved can submit an paper and if

signed up for the event.

  1. Participants are not required to submit an paper to the annals. It is optional. The

abstract is sufficient to participate in the discussions in the GWs.

  1. The paper must contain the names of the same authors and co-authors presented

in the system for submission of the abstract.

  1. The paper must aggregate the contributions under debate, in the GTs in which it was

introduced.

  1. The complete paper will be submitted in a link to be published.
  2. Papers will be reviewed according to guidelines in accordance with the rules

of publication.
